The show stands and falls with Sam and Dean, mostly. There are established recurring characters that can carry an episode of the show. Bobby or Castiel could possibly have their own spin-offs.

The difference this time is that they saw the whole messed-up origin story of hers. It's harder to rationalize that she needs killing, if you got that much of a close view.

Agree (mostly) on this review. Shocker. I think Phil and I are coming from the same place, regarding this show. Minus the confusion about demons and monsters in general.

Well, I guess since Zack Handlen is now released from the torture of reviewing House every week (which, by the way, he was currently accused of to be writing biased reviews for), he might be back for next season. It's a different day, but perhaps lightening the load will free him for this task?

Nobody I know still watches this show and I used to think of it as one of the best shows on television…
