I thought it would've been hilarious if Brad shouted out his "SHE'S GOT THEM THANGS!" line after Penny appeared in her bra. (Although they are good friends, so I suppose that would have been a kind of weird thing for him to say.)

I agree completely. Even for a show like this, it's a huge stretch to believe that these two would become a couple. It's beginning to look like the writers couldn't think of anything else for Tom and Ann to do right now, so they just came up with this.

And the dumbfounded look on Donna's face after he said that was freakin hilarious.
