Last year I was watching the Wire for the first time and got to season 3 at about the same time as when GoT season 2 kicked up. It was fun bouncing between seeing Aiden Gillen as Tommy Carcetti and Littlefinger.

I just want to remind everyone about how ballsy the season 5 promo pic (Walt sitting on his lawn chair throne) for Breaking Bad was. It was released literally the day after Thrones Season 2 ended and featured the simple text "All Hail The King."

Moderately Fun Fact: Blake Sennett's side project The Elected released an album the same month that Jenny Lewis' solo record came out. She actually appeared on backing vocals on one track from that Elected record.
