Audra McDonald? Bah! Couldn't they get someone more critically acclaimed to do the role justice - where my Teen Choice award-winning Zoe Saldana at?

I saw the photo and immediately thought it was from a new episode of "New Girl" - then I looked closer and saw the quirkily dressed brunette isn't Zooey Deschanel (urgh, never typed that first name out before - now that I have I see she had no choice but to grow up to be *quirky*).

I LOVED how, initially Schmidt seemed into it when Nick's voice was all low and seductive at the start of his first goosebump walkaway -and I too thought it was going to be really good until Nick got to the cringe-worthy "bad bye" part - and Schmidt threw back his head in disgust (lol)!

While Bertie and Edith were at the restaurant, I wanted to scream at the waiter "Get out of the way so they can talk!!" He seemed to be hovering and taking forever to pour their drinks, was getting on my nerves …

Dammit, the series is over and I never *did* manage to work out what animated character Spratt reminds me of.

How sweet - process server biker boy got to come in and have bagels! Just checked and I see he's been popping in and out of this show for the past 4 seasons. Bless his heart - maybe he'll marry Grace in the grand finale …

At the start of the ep when Alicia asked Jason "What are we watching?" - and you could hear the sound of something *mauling* someone - I was willing him to reply "This is some zombie show that's on every Sunday - it's about to get veeery interesting!"

No no no, Good Wife … what you're *supposed* to do is make each remaining episode so STELLAR that all of us watching go "I can't believe this is ENDING!! We were too hasty - Season 7 has turned out to be the best season ever! Come back, show!"

"My! You are one nasty scheming BITCH!"

And in response to that "reinventing" line, Atticus went "I actually like the original models".

Edith to Spratt: "Your tips on how to keep your husband happy have gone down particularly well"

I thought for a hot minute she was going to electrocute herself with that hair dryer prototype from 100 years ago… so wrong, but I'd have laughed my ass off!

Well, I reckon Miss Cruikshank has earned an extra star in her bitch rating.

"He's nice, Daisy - you could do worse"

Edith might have forgiven her - but I still haven't let it go that Mary got her unearned happy ending last week.

Violet: "As my late father used to say - if reason fails, try FORCE"

So happy for Tom that he got his happy ending … no, I'm not referring to a future with Editor lady, I'm referring to his successfully getting his BFF to move in! He pushed and pushed and got Talbot into Downton Abbey!

"Good-bye Mister Bah-wow

Loved Isobel marching in and retrieving Lord Merton from his family,

And they all lived happily ever after.
