I'm sure I'm missing the point of the movie… but if the IQ of society has fallen so low that they can't fix the Carl's Jr machines or figure out why crops are dying, then how are they able to maintain the awesome monster trucks for the demolition derby?

Argo was disappointing. It's very well acted but also incredibly drama-free. There's some yelling and stubbornness, sure, but in the end you know they're getting on that plane and getting out of there. The tarmac car chase was laughable.
