I'm a professional writer myself, but I'd submit that Hannah is probably a better writer than you or I. Or at least more successful.

I do think Adam's rewrite was supposed to be off-base and self-serving (is this the first thing he's ever written?), but I'm not sure Hannah was quite as uncomfortable with the kink as y'all are suggesting.
