It will also probably take away Best Director and Best Screenplay wins from Linklater and Wes Anderson. Meanwhile, the one major award where most people would be totally fine with Birdman winning, Best Actor for Keaton, is one it will probably lose (to Redmayne), which whatever. I'm too lazy to look up every movie I saw in January, so I will just say that Two Days, One Night was my favorite, and nothing else came close.

I can't recall the last time I would've picked a comedy as my favorite show of the year. Maybe Arrested Development in 2004? Community in 2010 came close, but I think I liked Mad Men that year even more.
