The animation division is the ONE place where DC has a huge advantage. Marvel hasn't even come close to a "Crisis on Two Earths" or "Flashpoint Paradox."

The usual AV Club checklist….got that out of the way right in the first paragraph. The rest of the world is gradually becoming colorblind…obsessively noting the presence of "minorities" in everything is extremely regressive. And obnoxious.

Here's an idea to retool for season 2: rename the show Catwoman and keep Gordon and Bullock as a side plot. This would fix pretty much everything. Cam is the best thing about 'Gotham' and deserves a spinoff when this gets the axe.

The fact that he made this tweet at all is so ridiculous as to be indefensible. No surprise the usual lemmings show up immediately to get outraged at the single dissenting opinion in this thread so far.
