Not sure why you were concerned about Ramsay…..he is clearly mentioned by Roose when he is speaking with Robb about Winterfell.  I expect he will be added in Season 3 along with the Reeds.  I expect Bran to encounter them while on the road away from Winterfell.

this season has been sooooo boring and predictable.  and everyone has been even dimmer than the usual gang of idiots they cast for this show.  never thought it could get worse than last season, but they definitely accomplished that.

someone please spoil the twist i have no intention of watching this movie, but i am curious how desperate Spike Lee has gotten for attention

Without question this group is the least intelligent in the history of the show.  Also the most repugnant. This year is the first time that the new episodes have become a chore to watch for me.  Hate everyone left in the game.
