Dane Cook at least stands out from other comics in his loud shittyness and Burger King jokes, Daniel Tosh is thoroughly unmemorable, it's like comparing The Room to Runaway Bride — ultimately Runaway Bride is the worse movie because who can even remember it? But that discussion has been done around here to death.

I don't find Dane Cook particularly funny, however I don't think there's any use criticizing him on the topics he choose to handle. If we were to just list the topics Richard Pryor discussed on stage without any context as to how he turned them into material, I'm sure he'd come off as a huge prick too.
