Is it just me or did Tom Hardy drop out of the sky as a ready made movie star?  I feel like he was some fashion designer or something hanging out while Inception was being filmed and just decided to walk into frame.

What's really egregious here is not that she flipped off the camera but rather this sense she has that she is entitled to flip off the camera.  She imagines herself to be beating the system at it's own game, when really it is an act of charity for her to even be on the screen.
