I used to like this site so much.  Now whenever I watch my favorite shows all I can think of are certain douchenozzles on AVClub.  Next Sunday all I'll be able to hear is this Hulk voice screaming "SKYLER BITCH DIE WALT GOOD FAMILY MAN WIN! FIRE HOT" and a bunch of jackasses braying their approval in the background.

I think protecting his family has been on his mind . . . maybe through the end of season 3.  But while he's continued to spout that line, and though he did have that last gasp of humanity in warning Hank about Gus's plan to kill him, he's done so many things to endanger the family that I don't see how they're the

Normal teenagers do, but this is the kid who loves palling around with his parents and aunt and uncle.  Who says "join us!" while holding a bowl of popcorn out to his mom.  Yeah, they had him leave the party to do teenage things tonight, but you could tell he was enjoying the family camaraderie with the middle-aged

I agree. As Skyler has said ever since her attorney told her she MUST turn Walt in, she doesn't want her son to know this about his father.  And tonight, when she brought up the domestic abuse plan, Walt threw that worry back in her face: "Do you want your son to think his father is a wife beater?" (or something like

@zerocrates:disqus Pretty sure they were gooning for Gus, right?  Or do you mean something else?  They were sent by Gus to kill Walt and his family, as Gus promised he would do if Walt tipped off the DEA.

I think sarcasm is a lot easier to pick up online than most people seem to think.  I know there are a lot of strange coincidences in this world, but the odds that Bruiser Brody and his wife had a "word for word, exact same discussion," including the cancer line—well, they gotta be pretty slim.  Not to mention the fact

A lot of people here have been questioning Anna Gunn's acting skills lately.  That's what I assume @avclub-609cea48021426221f352b14511dda72:disqus is referring to—not to the rather common hatred of Skyler the character, but to all those who've been saying Gunn can't adequately convey fear.  I've never known what the

No kidding.  That was such a nice review—beautifully written, concise, cohesive, picking out the "what's the plan?" motif that ran through all Walt's scenes and even Hank's. . .  And yet we have this grade shit again.  As if the grades are going to go on BB's permanent record.  As if somebody in the future is going to

He is a great character.  People talk about having to choose between rooting for Hank or for Walt, but for me the main difficulty has been choosing between Hank and Jesse.  I mean, I love Jesse, so Hank's picking on the poor little meth dealer has always pissed me off.  Yet obviously Hank's been right all along: Jesse
