Cars 2 has been out on DVD for weeks now.  I'm in the same boat as you; first one I didn't see in the theaters, and now, I'm having a hard time mustering up any enthusiasm to see it at home, too…

I just like how Snoop told everyone to "just chill….to the next episode", and then, on his next album, Dre actually made a track named "The Next Episode."  I thought it was very polite of him to let us know it was time to stop chilling at that point.

Definitely more cutscenes in 3 than in 2.  I think 3 just suffers from narrative bloat that most all trilogies acquire; at this point, they think they have to up the ante and that people actually CARE about these characters, so we want to see more of them talking and interacting and stuff.  I personally don't, but…
