I seem to recall, about 10 years ago, that the "next" Coen bros project was an Arctic/Eskimo/Alaska movie with Brad Pitt. Does anyone know if this was it? Sounds like it, but I remember it being more of Farley Mowat-type story, rather than a Pacific theater WWII movie.

I fully expected to by annoyed/put off by Russian Ark's gimmick, but I must admit being awed by the technical bravado. In the interest of full disclosure, I'm a sap for historical Russian self-indulgence (hence my love of "Burnt by the Sun" and intolerance of "Night Watch"/"Day Watch").
