Everytime I've ever had a conversation about this show, those shades are inevitably brought up. It's like they were costars or something.

He also came back several years later for a great role in Can't Hardly Wait. I read in an interview that the guy later went to MIT and Yale and is now a legal professor. I don't think he really needed Hollywood.
