I don't know; I kind of liked "Indie Cindy." If anything, EP1 was overall a forgettable 15 minutes, not obnoxiously abysmal like "Bagboy," a shock site's theme song just waiting to happen with Shattuck's vocals awkwardly aping Deal's to no avail. Cover your breath, polish your teeth!

Hulu's The Awesomes is exactly that, believe it or not.

Don't forget Tim Burton's cameo as the producer of the "Debbie Country" dating video. "I crave responsibility, respectability and love. My goals are serenity and knowledge and men who can understand me. Oh, no druggies, please!" Can you say Big Lipped Alligator Moment?

And you ain't seen nothin' like the Mighty Quinn? Alrighty then!

As much as I love Axe Cop, the more I watch it, the more impatient I get for Black Dynamite Season 2 and The Boondocks Season 4.

If Kurt Cobain had dated and married Hanna instead of fellow Bikini Kill member Tobi Vail and Courtney Love, respectively, he might still be alive today.

You better not touch my gal
Or I'll pop you in the kisser, pal;
You better not even try,
Or you'll be lookin' at a big black eye
So listen good, you stupid hood,
I'll give you to the count of ten,
Or you'll never eat solid food again!

"Now, Mr. Jagger, there is only one question I want to ask you…where are all these black broads, man?" -Garrett Morris in response to "Some Girls"

Similarly to TMBG, a lot of BNL's hatedom comes from the fact that they're often mistaken for a simple novelty act, when they're capable of much more profound and emotional songwriting (refer to"Call and Answer," "Jane," "Alternative Girlfriend," "Alcohol," etc). Their chimpanzee-related single "Another Postcard" did

Wow, two people talking about "Old Apartment" without debating whether or not the protagonist is stalking his ex-girlfriend and broke into her apartment. That's something you don't see every day.

"'Tis true. I took many a lump, but 'twas all in good fun."

Said (the decidedly non-album) YOLO Swaggins.

Rumor has it that the 15 kilohertz sound placed at the end of "The Day in the Life" is not a mere dog whistle but the words "Thank you, come again" spoken in a very high frequency.

Two words: Daria DVDs.

I am so used to listening to They Might Be Giants' cover of "Jessica" from the "Why Does the Sun Shine?" EP that I had completely forgotten how incredible the Allmans' solos are. No disrespect to TMBG, unarguably my favorite band, but their version of the instrumental is unfortunately quite truncated.

The Archies?

It would if only Tarantino were more prolific.

Bobbie Gentry had other songs?

Am I the only human being on Earth who not only enjoyed The Casual Vacancy and viewed it as an underappreciated contemporary classic—but highly preferred it over The Cuckoo's Calling?

How do we know that Buscemi's role isn't just another of his many unfunny comic relief cameos (i.e. Crazy Eyes from Mr. Deeds)?
