I wanted the twelfth doctor to be played by Quvenzhane Wallis (for real,) but I love Capaldi so much that I can't help but stand behind this choice. I have a theory that Malcolm Tucker may have actually been a Time Lord.

This movie is not Funked up enough.

I'm sure he'd get all Up in Giacchino's face, if that happened.

It's sort of like "Missing" from season one. A lot of it really has nothing to do with the main plot, but served a great deal to flesh out the characters, and taking a break from everything else that's happening. Besides, with someone like Peter Sarsgaard's character, there's a lot left to see, and why not take an

Shattered Glass, Kinsey, and Boys Don't Cry. The first of those is Peter Sarsgaard at his finest, and is one of my favorite performances of all time. Whenever I think of the best supporting turns in film, Sarsgaard in Shattered Glass is up there with Heath Ledger in The Dark Knight, Kevin Spacey in The Usual Suspects,

Yeah… I feel really dumb. I went and looked it up immediately, and I never thought to edit my comment. :P

You're Nothing is awesome, in my opinion. The guitar hauls ass, the construction of the record is really well paced (it's a short record, but feels appropriately lengthed.) All of the other instrumentation, including the vocals, are all really impressive. The songwriting is diverse and complete, again, regardless of

I really liked the new Iron & Wine, but I more or less agree on  Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Mosquito seemed so promising, and there are some great songs, but it's mostly forgettable.

Important doesn't mean "good." But yeah. It's a little weird to come to that sort of conclusion.

I have issues with Vampire Weekend. I don't hate them, per se, but I'm always disappointed by how crazy people are about them. In fairness, there are a handful of tunes from them that I positively love ("Walcott," "Oxford Comma," "Run," and "Step.") Aside from a few gems, their sound absolutely bothers me to death.

If you're referring to "Elephant" by Tame Impala, that came out last year. Otherwise, those are awesome choices

I've heard a ton of new music from this year, but my top ten (which shifts a lot,) looks like this, at the moment…

This list is good, inasmuch as it is really eclectic and unexpected.

I would have loved to have seen more from So, of course, but this looks impressive. Elbow doing "Mercy Street" is going to be incredible. Bon Iver's "Come Talk to Me" is okay. They're other covers from Bonnie Raitt and Björk much more expertly executed.

I bet that photographer was thinking, "Where's Robert Zimmerman when you need him?"

If You're Feeling Sinister and Dear Catastrophe Waitress are my jams.

Totally agree on the A for "The Client." Easily one of the most underrated episodes of the series.

And from then on, I fangirled myself into yesterday, just after I had gotten back from being a zoo attraction where I was married to Brie Larson.

THIS IS LIKE I'VE BEEN SAYING; JUSTIN BIEBER IS GOING TO BECOME A COKE ADDICT!!!
