i also like to recommend paddy's pub: the worst bar in philadelphia. it's so underrated, and is an excellent example of the way of the gang for a new viewer.

whenever i want someone to watch it's always sunny in philadelphia, i usually try to get them to watch sweet dee is dating a retarded person.

she is clearly still incredibly pretty, but i believe she's a natural redhead and it really works for her.

s.mouse is located in america.

the fact that i miss donna pinciotti's beautiful red hair is the only thing i've deducted from this show that's worth discussing.

i really don't like when people make statements like that, or say someone is "the next ____." it's a flawed way to look at things, because it takes away all accountability; even worse, it doesn't allow you to recognize each person for their individual merits.

lilley is "invading a previously lilley-free online haven"? correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe most of avclub's appeal is the spectrum it covers. even if it is something that you may be predisposed to dislike, or even outright hate, the information is still presented for you.

i was fucking delighted to see this interview as soon as i woke up! an excellent one, at that.

(can't reply properly to bkbroiler for whatever reason)

on the subject of the hangover, am i the only person who is very much ambivalent about it? it certainly had its moments but i never understood the manic enthusiasm for it.

ma, the meatloaf; fuck!

i watched summer heights high in its entirety, and lived to tell about it. the most notable, though, would be that i watched all of the office (u.s.). i'd see syndicated episodes here and there, then i finally torrented the whole series; i loved it to bits. that love has kind of turned into abject horror with season

i'm also thrilled for observe and report. i think it's a wonderful dark comedy, and i find the way it was generally received to be disappointing. my friend got it at the $3 bin at wal mart, and i feel like we've watched it around 28875325 times together.

my dad always said i'd like this movie, but couldn't remember the exact name. i think this is what he meant by helen mirren and the cook and the thief's daughter. anyway, i know now and plan on watching it.

…i know i'm months behind jumping on the ahs bandwagon, but i watched the entire first season yesterday, and loved the hell out of it.

you know what would be embarrassing? having your head.

public schools are like, so random.

also, berate any male who wants to have sex with me into watching at least five sunny episodes before i even consider it.

here are mine, in no particular order:
-start bored to death, and finish the whole series if i end up liking it
-commit to watching any movie that comes on after one of my choice on hbo/cinemax/epix etc
-watch arrested development in chronological order
-stop getting mad at family guy for not being what it used to be
-actua

i am ecstatic to watch this tonight!! summer heights high is one of my most favorites, and chris lilley is brilliant.
