If you don't always like your music nicely packaged with little ribbons, then "Metal Machine Music" can indeed be interesting.
"Metal Machine Music" and "Unifinished Music" are two very interesting albums. No reason to avoid them. The former is important as a proto-noise (genre) album.

I agree with your point - Rabin's hyperbolic assertion is absurd. I just wanted to throw that correction in there.
Also, probably revealing far too much about his dysfunctional urinary tract. Urine should be warm (not hot, steaming) and pale yellow, not the deeply saturated yellow of the Simpsons' skin.
