That whole "Aquaman is lame, and therefore gay" is BS. Don't get me wrong, Aquaman is lame but he's not gay. It's because he is lame that they pair him up with a more interesting character,  his wife Mera. His comic is all about them acting like a superhero Nick and Norah Charles who speak to narwhals.
