He's always come across as so smug and sanctimonious. Worse than Alan Alda and once I didn't think that was possible.

The word now is that he's being replaced by POC Lester Holt. One progressive mouthpiece replaces another, world without end, amen.
Gotta admit I was wrong on this one. The progressives are eating their own and the conservatives are supplying condiments. So funny :)
Ugh. No it wasn't. The big mistake was Slade not killing Thea as well.
This storyline sucks.
Come on, all these newsies are progressives. Call a spade a spade.
I give this episode an A- Finally a bit of time spent with the glorious Annet Mahendru.
Top story on Drudge!
I've never seen Sam Elliot play a villain. He was magnificent.
Try the chopped liver, it's fantastic!
Were he not a "progressive", there would be howls for his firing.

I half agree. The Selina character is smirky and probably smells funny too. Dump her!
I watch this show for Penguin, Bruce & Alfred…and Bruce & Alfred are starting to get a wee bit tiresome. Gordon, Bullock and the entire GCPD are so boring…
Wrong. The predominant historian view is that LBJ and King had a partnership, with some differences, but the film uses LBJ as a composite "evil white man" to represent the obstacles in King's path. Granted, it's not a documentary, but it's not al all honest either.
Unlike many "progressives", I don't make the assumption that someone with a differing viewpoint lacks basic human decency.
Oh please. Non-biased historians are up in arms about the shoddy and deceitful treatment of LBJ in this movie. More proof that so-called progressives eat their own…like calling Bill Clinton a racist for God's sake, which was shamefully done in the 2008 presidential jamboree.
Neither. I prefer history un-whitewashed, any pun unintended.
LBJ was instrumental in the passage of the 64 Civil Rights Act. Without him it wouldn't have passed. Why lie about it?
Gotta wonder how Lynda Bird & Luci Bird feel about this movie trashing their dad…
