It isn't meant to be an actual confession. He probably figured that Hank was unaware that his medical bills were paid with meth money, and by putting it in there he would basically be telling Hank that that was the case, hoping that it would help keep Hank from doing anything for fear of what it would do.

AMC wanted one, Cranston and Gilligan wanted two, and this is what the compromise was.

They don't know what Walt is going to do with the money. If Walt dumps the money out of the barrels and puts it in a different container, then it's possible said tracking device would be discovered.

But not before one last epic meth-making montage set to "Good Morning, Mr. Blue" as performed by Clear Light.

It really was amazing how much I somehow felt myself rooting for the Whites again. Something about the madness with which Hank spoke to Skyler was off-putting to me.

I know this is a late comment, but has anyone else found it really weird from modern-day eyes that Monica wasn't even invited to Rachel's wedding so soon after high school? I'd say that this is a product of what the Internet has done to communication, but I remember feeling this way even while the show was airing.

Netflix is making available the new episodes on Monday morning for their customers in the UK and Ireland.

The clinic Walt goes to (and it's the same one he went to before, with Dr. Delcavoli) is one of the best oncology clinics in the country, per Skyler/Marie in season 1. I don't think there's an amount of money that would cause that clinic to perform that kind of fraud/malpractice.

I don't think an oncology clinic would give you chemotherapy unless you actually had cancer.

According to the captions on Netflix, he says, "Damn, like you give a shit about family!"

And it turns out his best friend is the undercover meth cop that busted Badger.

Prediction: Hank's punch broke Walt's glasses, so he goes out and buys the big hipster ones he has in the flashforward.

Do you know exactly what time it was put on there? I checked at 8:00 AM GMT and it wasn't. Just good to know in the future, since I don't have cable here in the states but have access to UK Netflix.

Every. Limb.

This episode was as good as any the show has made. I was watching in a movie theater and EVERY limb was erect from the tension in the last scene.

Two words: ricin bullets.

Saul. Duh.

You say "after Hankā€¦ gets off the shitter." How do we know he gets off the toilet? Do you know what happens and are you spoiling it?

Walt's actions led to two planes crashing into one another over Albuquerque. I think in a show that has been amazingly free of potential jump-the-shark moments that that's about as hacky as it's gotten so far, and I don't think Charlie Rose showing up is that much of a jump from that.
