…did we go to the same elementary school?  This is also my connection with Phyllis Diller.  My mom was disappointed when I didn't choose her, because she thought it'd be fun, but I hadn't really yet gotten the idea of camp and just thought it'd be silly.

I keep inching towards watching this show and then shying away nervously.  With clergy in the family it's very easy to get burned by representations of the profession that range from funny but inhuman to gratingly false, with a few exceptions.  This was an excellent interview and it is really encouraging how much
