I'm still hoping Tom somehow ends up with Joan, if only for a brief, dark period of his life, probably after his bussiness venture fails miserably. Also, I laughed so hard I had to pause when it seemed like his perfume-spritzing would never end. I pretty much laughed through the entire episode now that I think about…

It says "Trannies, Monkeys and Toys, Oh My! Which current actor does this refer to?"
I of course have no idea what it means though.

I was thinking the same thing… she can't possibly lose this, can she? We all know she's perfect for the job and it would be so weird and depressing if she lost, considering this is such an optimistic show. But maybe she realises she doesn't want to run or win after all, which would be really unbelievable for her…
