I only want to see Blackwater in ep 9. Save everything else for ep 10 as far as I'm concerned. I don't think we'll see the razing of Winterfell yet, but everything else you've mentioned needs to get in. I also think we'll end the season with the prologue from ASOS on the Fist of the First men with 3 blasts of the horn.

I think Littlefinger knows, but I'm not sure what he was planning/is going to do with this info. I'm starting to believe this too. I thought the mention of the Crag (Jeyne Westerling's home in the book) from last week was setting up the reveal of her being a Lannister/Lannister bannerman, but now I think it was just there to throw off the readers from what's really going on.

There's no way Tywin knows. If he did, he wouldn't have left her with The Mountain, who he thinks is an idiot. He either would've locked her up at Harrenhal or taken her with him to keep her close (in chains like Jaime or not). Littlefinger on the other hand…..

I could buy this theory. It would certainly make all this extra bullshit worth it.  And has been hinted at. There's got to be more to her whether it's malicious or not.
