They're writing for a CBS drama based on a Stephen King novel.

Using trash tv logic, the kids' story is best thing about this show. The Egg alone provides about 70% of giggle-worthy moments per episode. (A mix of Linda's incompetence and the terrible dialogue makes up the other 30%.)

It was Max's sick burn that made the whole thing so surreal.

"Hey Natalie, I've got this supporting role, you won't do much, you might have to make some unconvincing threats, and then you're going to die a hilariously undignified death, maybe as a season finale cliffhanger. What do you think?"

Hey, let's just be glad Dodee got to do anything at all this week after suffering Convenient Amnesia. Phil got shot and was gone for like four weeks.

Joe and his billowing shirt should walk up on Skater Bro and Norrie making out against the Dome and let out his one allowed "What the hell?!" for the episode.

I'm glad none of Julia's non-Barbie friends gives a right shit about the fact that she's been shot. When Linda tells Phil, I was almost expecting him to pull a Liz Lemon eye roll.

But hey, at least he was there to point out when the pot plant from Scary Movie 2 was about to burst into the Clinic and fuck shit up.

Hell yes. This was my favorite episode so far, and with more like this the show could really unlock its full potential.

@sharculese:disqus nailed it. Middle-aged parents won't laugh at an Orphan Black joke, they'd probably just think it was some weird racist thing and that they accidentally watched 2 Broke Grrrrlz

Because their "doppelgängers" seem to be closer to Bizarro versions than just copies. 

I predict the big Egg thing will be the very last shot of the season. Max will be resolved 4/5 of the way through the finale, and then in the calm afterward, BOOM EGG TIME

Logic tells me that she was joking, but Girl is also one of the weaker actors in this show, so it really just came across as her being really into shirtless four-year-old Boy. I bet it's that damn Dome, making everyone crazy.
