I like St. Vincent and this is great and all, but cut the crap A.V. Club and gives what we really want: One Track Mind, Weird Al discusses and performs Albuquerque.

Or collaborate. There would be no stopping them. Sidenote- I'm seeing Dawes tonight, damn you A.V. Club!
And so begins A.V. Club's slow takeover of the music industry….
Can we add "Overnight" to this list as a film that (thankfully) provoked Troy Duffy's career into submission?
Clowes is one of my biggest heroes, and this interview is awesome! Good work, Noel. Also, glad to hear he's working on a Wilson film, but would really love to see a film adaptation of David Boring or Pussey.
The thought of Salman Rushdie sitting alone, watching hours of Entourage kills me.
Adam Scott crying in a batman suit was one of the funniest things i've ever seen on that show.
"Upvote'd"
Oof. I did mean "deviated". I wrote that pre-coffee. Forgive me.
Agreed. This episode just seemed lazy and formulaic. When The A.V. Club ran their interview with Rob McElhenney, I thought it was interesting how he said they try to be the "anti-sitcom", this ep was the complete opposite of that.
I thought this was one of the worst eps of the series. It severely delineated from the structure and tone that makes the show so great, especially this season.
This was one of the best episodes of comedy television. Ever.
Alternate titles: Only the Good Die Hard, Live and Let Die Hard, Die Harder, Die Hardest, 2 Dead 2 Harder, House of Die Hard.
Let's hope this will cause the CW to reformat H8R as a show in which VanDerWerff and Sepinwall confront insufferable celebrities and tell them how awful they are to their face.
Agree. The day the AV Club DC site went dead was the worst day of my life. WORST DAY.
When I was a freshman in college, Magnolia Electric Co. and Shearwater played a concert on my campus, and I was one of like 4 people that went. It was both the saddest and greatest show ever. Molina was unphased and fucking blew me away.
Good Christian Bale's.
er no, not really.
How about just bringing The A.V. Club DC site back?
Clever girl.
Needs more Wayne Knight.
