Goofing.  The first ten minutes of Black Dynamite is mostly a mashup of Rudy Ray Moore's films.  Then it broadens out and we never see Black Dynamite pull cocaine out of a fish. The last ten minutes have something to do with Black Belt Jones, but that's it.   The movie has as much to do with the Candy Tangerine Man.

I like that the pool hall fight scene was so legitimately badass.
