90's contemporary art in general…off the rails

Whenever I see Brett Gelman my first thought is ALWAYS iBrain. Without a doubt.

Gonna be THAT person and throw my hat in for Spring Awakening as a favorite intimate musical that I would love to see as a movie. It was insanely popular when it was on Broadway and I feel like they've been throwing it out there for years.

Loved the double "what is this 2004?" comments on the nose piercing because it's REALLY helping me get over my desire to get a nose ring.

I spent many a middle school night (read: every waking hour when I was 14) reading/writing fanfiction and loving every second of it, but shipping now in the age of social media is a truly horrendous beast. It just makes me deeply uncomfortable to think about an actor being directly sent a picture of themselves

I'm actually really glad they failed in a way that wasn't just Abbi blowing it (I mean she kind of did but dude needs to chill)

I literally cried laughing during this episode, and not just the literally that means figuratively. Abbi having a Glazer-wide discussion about pegging was amazing.

I laughed and then I cried a little because I'm working on an art history masters right now

I had to do a double take when I saw the article photo, I don't think I've seen Martin Starr with short hair since he was Bill.

I was actively rooting for Annie in her drink off because a) she's 100% correct: sorority girls can DRINK and b) the boyz were such dicks to her (and to everyone in general) that I wanted them to crash and burn

I was in high school during the height of Greys…it was literally all we talked about at lunch the day after it aired. I'm not sure I've followed a show recently that had that kind of widespread fervor about it

I was watching this episode with my roommate nearby (she who lives and dies by the real housewives) and I had to laugh into a pillow at PubLIZity's crying room. Amazing.

Arthur was a hugely important part of my childhood (along with WIshbone). Not only did it premiere when I was in the prime target audience but my house didn't have cable tv growing up so all I had to watch after school was PBS. I'm pretty sure the first book I ever read on my own was an Arthur book.

Johnny Depp: Elderly Gay Windchime

Only slightly ashamed to say I loved his performance in that movie. I haven't seen it since his schtick has gone sour but I remember finding him genuinely hilarious in it.

A really wonderful, human performance but it loses out on the inventory with the accent criteria

The editing is driving me nuts too and I've realized now that Andrew is probably winning this thing. I feel like last season there were more kids favored that I thought could maybe wrench the title out of Samuel's pretentious little hands (oh Ooona, I had such hopes) but this season it feels like there's a much bigger

"Maybe because you are, as we say in Latin, a dorkus malorkus"

I was so incredibly distracted by her green hat that I kind of tuned her out for the rest of the scene

I just had to flock here to say the music in this episode was ON POINT, especially that remix of "Blind"
