I haven't seen this episode in years, but I still randomly blurt out the following (especially the Florida line).

Speaking of weird lookalikes, Bailey Buntain is a dead ringer for a teen version of Megan Hilty (the best thing about "Smash").

Dallas was a lot of fun as a ridiculous summer show. So of course TNT — just like all the other cable channels do with their July successes — has to haul it out again in February, spoiling that summer fun. Overexposure kills all those quirky warm-weather hits.

I'm a high school teacher.  One of my biggest peeves is when random people just show up at a classroom door.  Nearly every worth-its-salt school in the U.S. will require all visitors to at least sign in at the front door and call the teacher up to the office to meet the visitor. Those are just the most rudimentary

I laughed aloud when Sarah "chose" Hank, only to have him turn around and dump her. That whole storyline really ruined the season for me. All the critics kept talking about how this year was the bestest ever omg, but I enjoyed the show as a whole less and less with each episode — and I'm the type of easy-to-please

They gave up on any pretense of Kansas City verisimilitude early in the first season. Now I wonder why they even bother — and why shows filmed in LA don't make more of an effort to at least pretend they're somewhere else.

Has anyone ever put together a complete list of the paintings from Carrie Wikis Some Art (my favorite part of the AV Club recaps)? Because that would make a heck of a gallery.

Fun fact (which you might already know): The woman who plays Cozette is a former winner of "So You Think You Can Dance". Nice to see professional dancers like her getting work post-show. I've never actually seen an episode of SYTYCD, but this makes me want to try it out next summer.
