Perhaps there's a method to the madness.  Maybe the kids and old people are really there to serve as the food source! Donner Party of 5!

Plus they're all potential walkers themselves. Yikes!

Or tussling with Carol over Daryl.

When Dale prevented Andrea from committing suicide at the CDC and later confiscated her gun, and in her defense of leaving a suicidal Beth to her own devices at Hershel's farm, Andrea repeatedly emphasized her convictions about dying on one's own terms. She got her way in this episode:
…she had multiple chances to

I found the Andrea scenes nail biting, but also infuriating.  When I could no longer withstand the tension, I posted on the WSJ's minute by minute episode blog:  "Yackety yak. Tick tock."

I wondered about that, too. Here's hoping what's under that tarp in the back of the truck (and in the bus storage bins) is food and firepower.

Do you mean Allen and Ben, late husband and son of Donna, respectively?

I thought that was the way he was SUPPOSED to come across. Sadly, I've met people who have a similar affect.

That, and the My Lai massacre.

And, as stated multiple times above, Martinez and Shumpert's allowing The Governor to live makes one question their sanity, too.

I just wrote something similar above. BTW, the black man's name is Shumpert.

Can't imagine why Martinez and Shumpert didn't take out The Governor, who's nutty as a fruitcake and could turn on them on a whim.

Especially Allen, who saw it unfold in time to get the drop on The Governor.

Was hallucination-Lori on the catwalk wearing the same shirt that pregnant-Lori wore during her last convo w/ Rick, on the catwalk, in "Seed"?

RIP.

That was a truly unfortunate development, as I expected Merle to die but hoped he take out The Governor with him.

The proposal, juxtaposed with Merle's death, and all the associated symbolism worked well for me.
…Two zombie fingers were sacrificed to mark a "Diamonds are Forever" moment, symbolizing a shiny new life as a formally committed couple ('til death do they part).
…Two human fingers were sacrificed to mark a "You Only

Merle used the phone wire to tie up Michonne and the phone itself to knock her out.

Upon further reflection, I agree.

Rewatched season 2 last night. Rick's speech bookends the one he gave to the reconvened group after they fled the farm in "Beside the Dying Fire" (season 2 finale).
