Wow, I can't believe this review said so little about the Oscar/Angela plot, which was for me the highlight of the episode.  The Jan story was a cute touch, a nice bit of closure and amusing reunion of the Jan/Dwight comedy team.  But the emotional meat of the story to me was the Oscar/Angela plot.  It developed well,

Agreed, though of course the show hints that they DON'T maintain their ships all that well.  Isn't their introduction (either here or in the pilot) via a character who notes that the oncoming ship doesn't have a "radiation containment system" or some such thing?  I.e., they are doing without something sane pilots and

Yes, those were insanely sweet offices.  I'm going to assume the show's producers, set designers, etc. have never looked at a real government office.  Even in DC, let alone a small town with a small budget.

I thought the best part of the road trip gag (besides the look on April's face when "Shoop" came on) was the fake-out that it would happen at all.  When the idea was first proposed, I sighed a little inside, just because we've been wondering since this storyline began how the writers would find a way to handle Ben
