Yeah, seriously, what's with people saying he's using it wrong?  He's not.  He's identifying something as not representative of the bulk of his collection.  These are things that don't fit into the larger body of what he listens to.  They're outliers.  That's a completely cromulent use of the word.

I'm not 100% sure I buy the magnet plot, either — laptops DO tend to have some kind of protection against magnetism, and they'd need pretty precise knowledge of the evidence room layout for this to work.  As for breaking into the PD — this is still the Albuquerque PD, not Fort Knox, so I can buy that Mike could spring…
