Seeing this after the reference to KOTH in the above post made me picture Hank Hill saying "I got laid!"

Oooh, so many options.

I'm sorry, did anyone else think it was a surprisingly specific counter-example for him to have said "We're not talking about blocking the sun, so Muslims don't get any sun."

That was always the impression I had. Mediocre sitcom that is neither daring enough nor funny enough to rise above. When I was a kid in the early to mid-80's, and I'd channel surf for some syndicated sitcom, I stopped on Taxi, I stopped on I Love Lucy, I stopped even on Mork and Mindy (I'm not proud). But I could…

I had completely forgotten about Julianna in this show. I had forgotten her time with Tony, I'd forgotten her time with Chris, I'd forgotten that Chris lied about it. I remembered a decent amount about both halves of the season, which has its share of drama and moments I won't spoil. But I think it says something…

Ah, you've picked the correct photo this time. Very good.

And, yes, I know the A/C plots did EVENTUALLY matter, but when I first saw John Goodman at the start of the season, I expected a lot more.
