Not an unreasonable guess since the picture at the top of this review is probably the only thing you've ever seen or heard of her. When I started listening to her the only real image I'd ever seen of her was this: http://www.muzu.tv/blog/wp-… So on the contrary, I like her in SPITE of the fact that in my head she

Beautiful album. It will take a few more listens to see how it compares to the rest of her discography, but it certainly seems like another solid step forward in an already shockingly accomplished career for a 23-year-old.

That C+ bums me out. Worst episode of the past four seasons? Really? It was very nearly the best episode of this season, although granted, this season has not been particularly great overall. I can imagine why some of the moves in this episode piss off hardcore classic fans, but I admire Moffat for having the balls to

Well life is terrible now.

And we're happy to return the favor. Not because of your musical taste. Just because you're a dick.

I gave it a listen when it was streaming on NPR and it was alright. I'm downloading it now, though, so I'll give it a little more attention. I'm seeing them in July in Toronto with Camera Obscura so I figure I should know the album a bit by then.

This show hit Season 10 so under-the-radar I didn't even notice. It IS the new Smallville!

Emilie de Ravin is looking awfully Kelly Clarkson in that promo pic up there.

Pretty much not at all. The synopses this season have been about 50/50 between "That sounds awesome" and "Yiiikes…" but I don't think I've actually disliked an episode this season at all. As long as the cast shows up and does their thing, I couldn't really care less what's going on around them.

I'm pretty sure Joshua Alston (who wrote this article) is black, so no, not accurate.

God damn, I heard Started from the Bottom in an HMV today and actually left because it was so terrible. I didn't realize it was Drake. But that makes sense.

This song is terrible, but the chorus always makes me think of The Gentlemen, so that's gotta count for something, right?

I loved his realization that maybe he needs a mentalist.

I'm Jewish too. Just clearly not Jewish enough.

No mention of Brad's bagel-cutting? Anyone who's ever tried to cut a bagel can relate.

1 is actually really funny, and 3 is surprisingly decent for the third entry in a comedy franchise called Scary Movie. I haven't seen 2 at all or 4 recently enough to comment.

That is my one problem with an otherwise really good episode. I really wish they put in just a throwaway line about "Oh, this is my dad's gun, and the only one I could get" or something. It would make that whole otherwise great scene go down a lot smoother.

Breaking Bad Season 4.

Finally! I'm still kicking myself for missing this at TIFF, but come hell or high water I will be seeing this in theaters when it comes out. I just want confirmation that Amy Acker is alive and well outside of guest spots on random genre shows.

That said, if there is one criticism I agree with that doesn't feel quite as forgivable as the others, it's the breakup of Anya and Xander. Although that's mostly because it had very little bearing on the rest of the season and series, and therefore felt a little bit like "depressing for the sake of it". If Xander and
