Bizarrely, I'm very happy about this. I don't even like the show that much. I just want to like it so much I'm happy they're getting some 15 more chances to make me like it.

I'm not sure what to make of the ending either, but the promos would seem to imply that something did happen to Gemma. I'm not at the point yet with this show where I can be optimistic that they won't cop out, but to their credit, they followed up on the twist last week in a satisfying way. Here's hoping.
They claim that they have 3 seasons mapped out. They probably just said that to increase the chances that they'd get renewed for 3 seasons, though.
My PVR cut off right after Walt said 'I won.', got in the car and drove away. I missed the plant entirely. I thought that ending was great.
I'm sure there are some spare Tonys lying around.
RE: September, somebody on IMDb pointed out, and I *think* it makes sense, that the universe without Peter is the one that is supposed to have happened. The observers being detached from time (kinda, I guess, or whatever), saw what would happen to the universes without Peter there to build the bridge, and that is…
Damn it, just give John Noble all the Emmys and let's call it a day.
Kind of a disappointing rating but I agree it was quite a step down from last week. I didn't really care for the freak-of-the-week plot and the metaphorical significance was just kind of pounded over your head again and again.
I liked the Chang subplot quite a bit, but I still wish they had chosen to dedicate a full episode to the noir style instead.
I always agree with pretty much every word of your reviews, including this one, but without fail I'd also rate them all higher. I'd give this one a B- or B.
Hopefully it is fun, and not just unpleasant like the second review seems to imply.
I hate Ryan Murphy for Glee, but this show is so intriguing (and it's only made moreso by the D rating, by the way) I don't think I could not watch at least the pilot. Stupid Ryan Murphy and his inexplicably tight grasp on me.
Has anyone considered the possibility that Brock was poisoned by accident, and the ricin was meant for Andrea?
Ha, yeah, I thought of this too, but it doesn't really make any sense.
She meant Walter's own, not Jesse's own. As in "Walter was shot with his own .38 snubnose by Jesse."
Jesse explained that the last time he saw Brock was at his house when Walt showed up, and he had seen the ricin-cig the next morning, so that's impossible.
You wanted green Observer-porn? Oh, who am I kidding, we all want green Observer-porn.
Ham-handed?
I agree. I LOVE Torv, but I feel like she kind of overacts the differences between O and Faux sometimes, like with Faux's hand gestures and such.
Obviously I'll be happy to have him back (I think I understated how much I like him), but yeah, this week proved that there's definitely still a show without him. I definitely wouldn't mind them drawing out the Peter mystery a little longer, so long as they keep amplifying the hallucinations and their effect on Walter…
