My guess is that this episode/the love confession is going to be the start of the "moving on" portion of Winn's story. But who knows, really. This show is oddly unpredictable.

I was 50/50 on this being the "twist" at the end. Apparently even Supergirl isn't ready for that level of weirdness.

She's pretty one-dimensional (and oddly patronizing) in the early goings so I totally understand. Thankfully, she has blossomed into one of my favorite aspects of the show.

It does feel like the show was originally positioning Alex/Kara at its heart (I believe the creators said as much), but has since switched to Cat/Kara. I like both relationships, but the switch is kind of jarring.

If somewhat thoughtful sci-fi rom coms are your jam, she's pretty good in Timer, which is streaming on Netflix. It's not a great movie by any means, but it was a good thing to put on when I couldn't decide what to watch.

Plus it was pretty lucky that she put her purse out in the middle of the room with the camera facing exactly where she was sitting.

This is very much what I'm hoping will happen down the line, but we shall see. (And to some extent Flash already did a "how to respond to rejection" arc that wasn't half bad.)

What an insanely catchy score. I would probably go with "So Much Better" or "Legally Blonde," even if the central message ("just let me be legally blonde") is total nonsense.

Up until the last minute I had "Comfort and Joy" as the Bat Boy pick but then I started second guessing whether it would make any sense at all out of context (it's SUCH a plot driven song). It's so damn catchy though.
