So while I actually liked this episode, I do have to admit that Weldon's quote seems like it would go a long way towards making these superhero shows more enjoyable. Then again, I guess it depends on how heavily the series leans on plot as compared to character. I have to disagree about the way the female characters

I'm going to come completely out of left field and predict Tommy, having gone mad from the Lazarus Pit. Sara was there under Ra's orders to kill him because he became a liability after Merlyn revived him against Ra's orders. Cause that would hurt Ollie just as much as if it was Thea, but Laurel so much more.

WE NEED A LAZARUS PIT OVER HERE! STAT!

That fried chicken looked delicious, though, rite?

No, you can't kill The Vampire DIaries reviews! Quick, someone open a portal to the Other Side and bring these reviews back!

Really?! He seemed like a genuinely broken, suicidal sadsack to me.

Didn't someone theorize last year that that's who Ward would end up being? Not sure how serious they were, but that could actually work really well.

"….We have five. Six if you count the dog."

If Cary ends up leaving or (God forbid) dying in prison, he's got a real future on Teen Wolf.

The main character throws pizza on the ground and politely rings doorbells.

If you thought Deception was strange, you owe it to yourself to watch Do No Harm.

Ignoring the necessary revivals from being vamped, how many characters had actually come back to life before last night's episode? Bonnie, Elena and Jeremy are the only three I can remember. You can maybe count Mikael and Esther over on The Originals, and Alaric and Matt if you're being really picky, but overall I

ALARIC IS BACK! Nothing else matters. My birthday is today (yep, same day as Klaus's) so the news that Matt Davis is a series regular again next year was like the best present ever!

Woah, that first interview had me shocked at the Shaw/Root question. Didn't know that ship was so popular— I heard like 90% of Facebook hates both characters. Thank God no one cares about Facebook! Of course, now I have to root (heh) against it, because if it ever happens one of em's a goner. And it'll probably be

Yeah, plus the fact that if the first operation we saw Vigilance involved in (stealing trade secrets on a sophisticated data brokering website) was any indication, Greer was probably making a ton of money on the side by taking out competitors and who knows what else.

I think the idea behind Samaritan is that that wouldn't work— it's unrestrained, so as soon as it has access to the feeds it would almost assuredly create its own backdoor access on every server processing the footage. But if the government could restrict access, then whoever attempted to actually detach it would be

I hope whatever they do to reverse Stefan's death in TVD season finale opens the door for Alaric's return. I NEED Alaric back!

Close your eyes, tap your heels together three times and think to yourself, "Save me motherfucker!"
