This album is remarkable, completely unique, defies genre and classification, it's personal and it's lyrics are direct and confessional and it takes chances almost every minute or so. Remarkable.

I read the pilot for this about a year ago and have been raving about it to anyone who will listen. Can't wait for this. Everyone should check out Tim Robinson's Netflix "The Characters" ep — it's got some genius sketches.

Upon hearing 15 seconds of "Blood On Me", my girlfriend said it sounds like music women use to score their make-up videos on Youtube. Tried listening to the record and I had to turn it off and delete it from my iTunes because that's all I could think about.

This album is just okay, which bums me out. It's cool they're trying to expand their sound but, for my money, the best songs here ("North South East West" and "Arc of Bar") just end up sounding like Springsteen and The Horrors songs, respectively. Shame.

Still not positive that isn't Skip Bayless.
