Yeah, that's a lot harder to Google. Her first album hit 59 on the album charts, too. That's not bad. I don't have stats for her actual sales, so it's kind of hard to figure out. Considering how few units need to be sold to reach number one nowadays, it probably doesn't take a lot to hit 59.

I think Ginger could have done a great Tammy Faye. Ru strikes me as the sort of person who will forgive anything as long as it's done well. That said, I think Ginger might have felt like she couldn't go as far as she might have wanted to.

As a contrast:

Her Theresa Caputo was fine. She had a bit, and she stuck to it. But that's the best thing I can really say about it. It fell into the same territory as Detox's Nancy Grace; it was accurate and thought out, just not funny.

Yeah, Ginger hasn't done anything yet this season to really justify why she's an All-Star. Maybe she's saving it, but it's not a long season. I'm not a huge Ginger fan, but she's got a lot more than this.

Sharon's Michelle was, to me, ballsy as hell but not as funny as it could have been, because Michelle's funny, but she doesn't have many immediately recognizable mannerisms/catch phrases. That's why it's always tricky as hell to impersonate someone else from the show (or Lady Bunny, as Alaska did in S5) because it

Tati had a complete look, but it was boring. Phi Phi had a bathing suit and a bunch of rubber duckies. It was a toss up between who phoned it in the hardest.

Yeah, it's easy to forget that so much of why Adore did so well on S6 was because she had Bianca lacing up her borrow corset and acting as her de facto support system. Plus she had Laganja, who she was close with before the show, flaming out in even more spectacular fashion as a cautionary.

As much as I don't want to complain about the music choices this season, both lip sync songs so far haven't been amazing. Sure, they're huge songs, and probably cost Ru an arm and a wooden leg, but they're not really big showcase songs that let the queens really let rip.

Yeah, Detox is starving for the win. I mean, it's probably not in the cards, because while she's got a fierce look and a big attitude, she just doesn't have the razor sharpness of Alaska.

Yeah, Michelle really mishandled Adore at panel and one-on-one. The thing is, Michelle works with the queens, she judges the queens, she's friends with them, and I think somewhere along the line she forgot that she isn't a queen herself. She doesn't understand what it's like for someone like Adore (who's obviously

Yeah, even Jessica Wild managed to keep it together at Snatch Game, and she you never knew what was going to come flying out of her mouth. Breaking character is pretty unforgivable considering how much prep time the queens have to develop their Snatch Game routine. That said, I'm pretty sure that having Raven sitting

Katya's got it made. With Ginger as the only queen from S7, she doesn't have as tangled a TV relationship with the other queens, so she can be a lot freer with her opinions than Alaska, who is fantastic, but showed up with half of S5 ready to flip out about solidarity and sisterhood.

In terms of Alyssa vs. Phi Phi for top 3, Alyssa made me laugh more, but her character was basically just a thin riff on her regular persona, while Phi Phi had a much more thought-out performance going on, but it wasn't funny. Personally I'd have preferred Alyssa to come out over Phi Phi, because it's just easier to

I was really looking forward to Adore being back, but if this was the Adore we were going to get, I'm glad she left. I mean, part of me gets it: she came out of Season 6 as America's Drag Sweetheart, really capitalized on her newfound fame, and went on to have something vaguely resembling an actual recording career.

Ghostbusters: Holy Fuck They're All On The Rag and They're Armed with Unlicensed Nuclear Accelerators!!!!!!! would look great on a Blu-Ray spine.

King's books are full of those more-disturbing-than-sexual moments that still work wonders on a teenage boy's hormones. For some reason the Brian Rusk weird hand job dream is kind of caught in my mind… that was weirdly intense.

Post OK Computer, the only Radiohead album that I'm really crazy about is In Rainbows, which for some reason checked all my boxes.

I don't think Adore has the body type that's going to lend itself to "thick and juicy." Unless that's what's written on the wrapper of a tube of Jimmy Dean sausage.

I mean, here's the thing. When Drag Race isn't on I'm so desperate for it that Ru could have brought back the teams concept from All Stars 1 and I still would have been happy. The new rules haven't screwed with anything too much, and the wrinkle of having the top two queens decide who goes home really amps up the
