"There's a reason it's called English."

"Season 1 just seemed to slog on forever at times."

It's better than the usual, "Oi, you're a right wanker you are."

Typical Limey "why can't we all get along" socialist mumbo-jumbo.

Darabon't script was hardly much better. It was Muttless at least but that's about it.

They outsource work in all those countries and they pay higher taxes for the privilege. Don't let the lamestream media's lies get to you, America is STILL number one.

Why should those jobs be American jobs?

Did you date a British supermodel at one point?

No matter how high or low the tax rate, there will always be people who will complain about it.

As if wasting valuable resources reviewing limey shows wasn't bad enough.

"The result is that this show may inadvertently turn from a love story into the creepy story of an 8-year obsession with his friend Robin and how he met a rebound girl after she got married. "And kids, that's the true story of how I settled for your mother!""

I agree. It's not nearly offensive enough.

Anyone else agree this show would have been terrific if it had run for the intended 5 seasons?

"a strong emotional storyline at its core"

I've never seen the show but I appreciate the review. It means one less limey show gets facetime on this website!

It sounds like it has the potential to be a really good episode of TNG or TOS at the very least.

Oh come on, if Nemesis had been any good we'd have been deprived a Plinkett review.

What are your thoughts on ST: The Motion Picture?

It was wonderful casting. Joffrey is utterly loathsome in the books and Gleeson has nailed it.

I'm out. This show should have bowed out after that wonderful first season with the show ending with the Lannister's taking over and the "rebellion" of the north quashed in its inchoate state.
