Oooh! This is really valuable, thank you.

Aha. Thank you. I'll make a note of this next week!
I don't think either Libby or Abby on RAY DONOVAN are needy. But certainly the men in their lives think they are.
Erik and I wanted to combine the two because we like the style of running two similar shows together. (And myself, it is my favorite type of review to write. I like compare/contrast, and I like that it mirrors how most people watch TV—a few shows on the same night.)
I'm curious if the high quality production values will continue past the pilot. Sometimes these shows get a lot of money for the first ep and then are moved to a different location for the rest of the season. But I agree, it was a gorgeous episode, aside from everything else.
very Star Wars.
exactly.
My Helix war wounds are scars over my heart.
The dad has alarm bells hung all over him.
The franchise. I can keep movie titles straight, I swear.
It originally read "storyboard revision artist" and I think it got edited out because Sean may have assumed I invented that title. I'll check in with him.
I won't be writing about it. But I think I should probably finish the damn series, now that I've rewatched the first season.
It looks like I'm going to have to.
There is not. Mistake corrected.
Sorry, miscommunication over here. LaToya IS covering for the next three weeks at least.
We'll miss you, Todd. Ave atque vale.
I think if I reviewed the second season of this (which I won't because it's already been done) I'd spend an inordinate amount of time trying to untangle that triangle—so maybe it's for the better I won't be doing it.
I'll be lead writer. Erik will be in charge.
I'm not diminishing the Yeats reference—but it is weird when a whole bunch of characters who have clearly never read Yeats are putting that phrase into their narration. That's what that meant.
This is fixed, and a dumb mistake to make, to boot. Thanks for pointing it out.
