Could be the same company (they also sell some under the name "College Club"). I really like the birch beer.
Mayo is my one food phobia. (shudders) And I've enjoyed haggis, chicken feet, and deep-fried crickets.
YES. YES IT IS.
That I can get behind 100%. A world of difference.
Ah! I mentioned that above, hadn't seen your post. Absolutely— both the book and the film were very powerful and harrowing (with great flashes of humor as well).
Yes!! Barton Fink is definitely up there, good call.
Good call on Heavenly Creatures - a very unsettling film.
Great choice- "Dead of Night" is very under-appreciated, I think.
I agree, along with taking his kids to see the house where he grew up.
In Rosemary's Baby, nobody really goes crazy. The husband makes a creepy-but-pragmatic choice to advance his career, and Mia Farrow is pretty sane (if suspicious) until she gets a big shock at the end there.
My grandma's family always had grape jelly on the table at meals. (Not sure if this was a weird Depression-era thing or not). A lot of them liked weird combinations like roast beef with grape jelly or even (blearg) spaghetti and grape jelly. I can't quite fathom it.
I rarely buy it (except for family get-togethers, etc.), but we have a place here in upstate NY where you can drive in and they'll load your car with cases of "Fiz" soda in large bottles.
That sounds pretty good! The "Parmageddon" (with the pierogis) is my usual. Definitely going there when I visit Ohio later this month.
We don't have those here in upstate NY (plus I think that boycott's still on…) I think any fried potato/ ketchup combination would probably be okay, though!
I would kick in some serious $$$ for this.
(shakes fist)
If they actually do this, I will be spitting nails full of rage.
Co-signed.
Noooooooo, I only just found the TI!! How will I waste time at work now? (cries)
