I just watched it again last night, & Dukat also pointed out that "half of Cardassia viewed his body".  I'm guessing he was lying out there embalmed like Lenin for a week or two before they buried him.

Definitely got arrested, not so sure about the rap music, some questions about the panther wrestling.  (My mom says it was a bobcat when he started telling this story.  My grandmother won't confirm or deny, but she did corroborate that he was all covered in scratches at the time).
