Nary a giggle or a snigger has been had this season, let alone a guffaw. On the plus side, my cheeks no longer hurt after watching an episode and I don't have to change my underoos.

This season makes me question whether part of me has died. The first three seasons I've watched many, many times but I have no interest in revisiting anything from this one. Each episode elicits a maximum of two chuckles and a smirk. Not even one chortle.

I'm not gay (that I know of) and that was one of the most "fuck yeah!" heartwarming moments in television. Following that with him beating the shit out of his scummy father, his comments while being arrested and the cop's mention of his husband was such exceptional tonal gymnastics.

What's Eugene's big reveal? I stopped reading the books before it got there.
