If you're serious, I would assume it was a five-digit pin number with each letter corresponding to its place on the dial pad. Or it could have been just four-digits and the remaining O just hangs around like some vestigial limb.

A crooked shrink wouldn't have to do anything for her. At the very least it provides a solid cover for them not using Marie's doctor. And I suppose if Skyler really wanted to talk to someone she could use him. Crooked don't mean bad, necessarily, as we've seen from a lot of Saul's lackeys in the past.

Sure he could have. But couldn't he have come up with a real psychiatrist before blanking on the last name? Just seems like kind of a loose end.
