Well we did leave the Wall for a long time. It's easy for me to believe that Jon Snow was gone above the Wall for more than a year, and it helps explaining the Night's Watch distrust toward him when he makes his decision to help the Wildlings.

I hope next year they don't film huge spoilers in front of 1000 people.

The fights scenes in GOT are bad (Mountain vs Viper excluded).
I read that they tried to get the fight choregraphers from Vikings but failed. That's too bad, their fighting scenes are way superior.
