Yes! Watching it makes your heart pound a bit. It feels anxious, in a good way. The masquerade scene is a trip, and I always think of the fast-paced way Lady Capulet lights her cigarettes.

How YOU doin'? I happen to be single and pretty cute.

Yaaay! See my above comment.

I'm ever the defender of Luhrmann's adaptation. It literally changed my life when I was 13 and it came out in theaters. I became obsessed with Shakespeare, became an actress, spent 8 years of  my life on the stage, can understand Shakespearean language fluently, all because of that shitty, shitty movie.

See? Look at what I've started. Also, the comment was meant to be absurd (even though it's true, I don't know WHY it's true).

Everyone might want to jump on Twitter, because we're talking about Dave's World and Night Court.

BUT PAUL RUDD WHAT ABOUT PAUL RUDD!

I also liked her in 200 Cigarettes, which is the first place I ever recall seeing her. I was intrigued by The Killer Inside Me but haven't seen it as of yet.

Louis. Louis. Louis! Lou-IS!

I couldn't get into it. Granted I haven't listened in awhile. My favorite tunes on Aha Shake are Slow Night So Long and Four Kicks. Nothing on BOTT jumped out at me like that.

I really, really loved Aha Shake Heartbreak. Still do sometimes. Everything after that, though, I cannot even reconcile as the same band. Aha seemed to have this weird tongue-in-cheek schtick to it, this faux-gibberish Southern Rock swagger, as if straight-up Brooklyn hipsters wanted to be Skynard or something.

legit lol

Not creepy! I'm a ways into season 2 now, and regularly peeing my pants.  Holy god.

Tyler Perry's Madea's Troublemaker Makes Trouble, Obviously

I was just thinking of Flaubert.

Maybe put it in "What I watched This Weekend" ?

Maybe send it into Letters of Note!

We are the 35%.

Instead, I purchased the Hospitality album after reading about it here. ::pats self on back::

This is a terrible way to start Black History Month.
