Actually, I think that is why we don't feel hatred towards other teams.  I love the Mariners, but I know they really just aren't that good right now.  It's pointless to hate other teams at this point, because we aren't really at a level to be a rival for anyone at the moment.

Actually, you'd be surprised how much faster it was to type a quick post to display my (apparently shameful) ignorance versus going to wiki, finding the right entry, and reading a whole page about people I really just don't care about.
