I definitely feel the need to mention that 30 Rock is a very conspicuous omission from this list. Maybe this is just part of this weird nascent 30 Rock backlash I feel like I'm seeing lately, but seriously, Carville deserves a spot on this list, Cajun style.

I agree it wasn't 30 Rock at its best (like Nabin said, the season premiere is always the weakest), but the presence of Buscemi alone should've netted at least a B-.
